Screen of Shame (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a screen-time accountability app published by Shame Logic LLC. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and your choices.

We respect your privacy. Screen of Shame is designed so you can log time on doom apps and meaningful apps, generate humorous accountability messages on your device, and optionally unlock Pro features. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not collect precise GPS location. We do not access your contacts, photos, or microphone. Screen Time data from Family Controls is not shared for advertising and is not sold.

5. Data storage and security

App preferences, logged usage, and roast history stay on your device. Subscription status is checked with Apple / RevenueCat over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local app data can be removed by deleting the app from your device. To request deletion of any server-side identifiers associated with purchases or analytics, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's privacy

Screen of Shame is not directed at children under 13. The app contains sarcastic humor. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your rights

You can disable notifications in app settings or iOS Settings. You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription management.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
